Located on the 7th hole of the River Oaks Golf Course, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor, corner unit will sleep 6, dine 6 and make for a perfect family or group stay.

Clean and newly remodeled with cool, casual decor to help you relax when not on the golf course, in the pool or exploring the many venues that bring visitors to Myrtle Beach. With sailing ships, lighthouses and nautical theme you really will be able to feel completely on vacation. For our golfers enjoy any of the several courses right in River Oaks or expand your play to the many courses Myrtle Beach is famous for! At least 10 beautiful courses are within an 8 minute ride from this condo, as well as the beach.

Master bedroom and private bath offers sizeable room with king bed (can be converted to twins) featuring Sealy pillow top mattress. Guest bedroom offers set of twins with same comfort. Sofa sleeper offer full size bed for extra visitors. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV in addition to living room and building provides both free cable and Wi-Fi.

Comfortable and open living room/ dining room area flows out to awesome screened balcony for more relaxation. Galley kitchen is fully equipped and all bedding, towels and linens are provided, fresh for each reservation. Washer and dryer conveniently located in unit. Corner unit provides more air and light flow. Awesome and airy screened porch is perfect for that morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the wonderful view.

We manage the next door property; 66H; as well to make it very convenient for families or groups vacationing together but needing their own "space". High chair and pack and play available for small rental fee for the wee ones comfort.

South River Oaks offers a pool area with full size pool and jacuzzi with amenities passes required for entry to ensure enjoyment by residents and guests of the community only. Parking passes provided with parking in front or near the building. Well lighted, safe and professionally maintained, this neighborhood is always a preferred choice.
