Located in The Myrtlewood community with separate pools for each smaller condo community but a neighborhood feel with a coffee shop/cafe just a short walk away for morning delights. This ground floor condo offers a wall of windows to enjoy the sunshine South Carolina is know for and of course with wooden blinds when you need them, but still allowing for a more open and spacious feel to the livingroom / dining area. Granite counter tops and amazing "plank style" tile floors, along with whitewash finish on furniture, give the condo that beach vacation feel you expect to find and enjoy. Huge tile master bath off the bedroom and half bath in the main hall. Larger than most one bedrooms this will accommodate 4 guests comfortably.
Full equipment stocked kitchen and fresh linens will await your arrival. Starter paper and general cleaning products provided.

12% tax will be added to all reservations under a 90 day period
