Our staff is comprised of professionals who have all grown successful businesses. The company consists of four owners who have extensive experience in the integral parts of property management. We truly have an appreciation for both property owners and tenants. Most importantly, we possess a true understanding of the importance of protecting an investment by enhancing it’s capability for enjoyment. We provide top notch service.

Five Stars Property Management is owned and operated by Michelle Visconti and Maryjane Vielhauer.  Both owners are completely involved with all aspects of our growing business.  Established in 2013 we have steadily grown to over 40 properties, with an even distribution of long term and vacation rentals. We only take on a few properties each year, allowing us time and effort to focus on building clientele for your investment property.  Our motto is “We treat your property like it’s our own”.

Together the owners/operators of Five Stars bring with them a wide range of expertise.  Both Michelle and Maryjane have held Real Estate licenses both in South Carolina and Maryjane also in Pennsylvania.  Michelle ran a successful cleaning business and knows how important that industry is to properly manage properties.  Her standards are nothing short of excellence in guest preparation and unit conditions.  Maryjane grew her experience in the property management division of a large Real Estate office in Myrtle Beach, before venturing off on her own.  Having grown up in the construction/ building industry she also has a world of hands on experience with property maintenance and physical management.  Between this team your property will be expertly cared for while keeping your capital investment goals first at hand.

Having both moved from the North; Connecticut and Pennsylvania, we understand the long distances of most of our out of state owners creates a real need for local, dependable and honest eyes on your property.  We are pleased that our owners do appreciate having us to be their eyes and hands here on the Grand Strand.

We can assist you in renting your second home investment property weekly, monthly or annually. Our company is licensed and insured in the property management field as well as in the real estate field.
