Great location with a quick walk to the pool and less than a 5 mile drive to the beach and most of the local area attractions. The community ponds, with fountains, to the front and side of you makes relaxing on the screened balcony delightful, with sites and sounds you can enjoy. And everyone enjoys watching the turtles and egrets that are home to the water environment. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished and equipped to ensure you will feel right at home - but even better because you are on vacation!

Full size bathroom with shower, tub and plenty of cabinets for storage of all your health and beauty products. Hall coat closet and full wall closet in bedroom lets you put it all up and out of your way. Kitchen has been stocked with just about everything you need- including a tea pot! Plenty of cookware and utensils. Laundry closet offers full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is even an iron and ironing board if you are so inclined.

Open living area offers plenty of seating with larger flat screen TV. Wicker and glass table for clean and crisp decor. Queen size sleep sofa for those guests or added family. Bedroom is inviting with bright and comfortable furnishing. New box springs and mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep. New linens and towels are supplied and will always be freshly laundered for guests' arrival. Full slider in bedroom to let light and air in off screened balcony, and on milder nights open that bedroom window or slider and enjoy the sound of the fountain as it cycles in the pond.

The Fairways offers an awesome pool and picnic area for residents and guests and it is just a few steps away. Parking passes and pool bands are provided in welcome basket. High chair and pack and play can be made available for our tiniest of guests.
