Relax, rest, rejuvenate in this comfortable and clean condo at The Fairways. Two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished and equipped to make you feel right at home, only better- you are on vacation. Enjoy the natural surroundings as you take in the view of the golf course, just past the natural break of small trees, which provides home for serenading wildlife. Families love the turtle and egret pond which the community encircles.

The condo offers a quiet reprieve after a beach, pool or golf day. Stylish decor inside allows guests to enjoy just staying "home" if desired but the location makes for an easy ride (10-15 minutes) to almost all of Myrtle Beach's many venues. Away from the hustle and bustle when you want to be. Second floor end unit provides more natural light and air flow. Ceiling fans throughout. Large screened porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Condo will sleep 6 with twins in guest bedroom, king in master and queen sleeper sofa. Ample seating with sofa and love seat. Large flat screen TV in living room for all to enjoy as well as a TV in each bedroom. Free, private per condo, Wifi (password provided in welcome pack) and cable television provided. The owner has paid special attention to a good night's sleep. Comfortable bedding with extra cushion toppers on mattresses, hypo allergic bedding encasements in addition to premium quality mattress pads. Pillows are "natural bamboo" for extra comfort.

So enjoy a busy day vacationing or just stay on property and enjoy the pool, with large pool, plenty of lounging deck, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, pool house with vending machines and picnic area for guests use. Pool bands provided in welcome pack. Charcoal grills through out community and larger grill and picnic tables are for guest use just outside pool area. On premise security and parking passes provided with vehicle registration.
